About The Event

For the first time ever, motor sports fans will get to experience another action-packed event as Monster Jam returns to the University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, AZ for the second time this year with a newly added Fall event featuring the ultimate collection of massive trucks battling it out on Saturday, October 8th at 7:00pm.

Fans will witness an explosive event of demolition, speed, power and unbelievable stunts with the world’s best monster trucks and drivers whose skills provide an awesome spectacle of “rock-and-roar” that will bring fans to their feet cheering for more!  This event’s current truck lineup includes World Finals Champions Grave Digger®, Max-D®, El Toro Loco® and Northern Nightmare® plus Son-uva Digger®, Zombie™, Scooby-Doo™, Lucas Oil Crusader®, Soldier Fortune, Doomsday, Devastator and Barbarian!

Clear Bag Policy:
To provide a safer environment for the public and expedite entry into University of Phoenix Stadium, fans will be able to carry the following style and size bag, package, or container into stadium plaza areas, stadium gates, or when approaching queue lines of fans awaiting entry into the stadium:
  • Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12.”
  • One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar). The team will have these bags available at University of Phoenix Stadium gates on game day.
  • Small clutch bags no larger than 4.5” x 6.5” in size, with or without a handle or strap, may be carried into the stadium along with one of the clear bag options.

Children under 2 do not need a ticket.

Parking & Tailgating Information:
Onsite parking will be available in the stadium lots using cash or credit cards. Passes can be purchased upon entry into the lots or in advance at the stadium ticket office.

Tailgating Guidelines
During the Monster Jam event limited tailgating will be allowed. Please see below for guidelines.
  • All vehicles, including motorcycles and cars with ADA plates/hangtags, must have a valid parking hangtag to enter stadium carparks and other designated hangtag parking areas.
  • No overnight parking in stadium carparks.
  • A parking hangtag is valid for one (1) parking space only. No trailers of any kind are permitted inside the general parking lots. Vehicles taking more than one parking space or parked incorrectly are subject to tow.
  • Fans that wish to park next to friends must arrive at the same time. Parking spots cannot be reserved or saved for fans arriving later.
  • Tailgating in the parking lots must be limited to the area directly in front of or behind the vehicle.
  • Tailgating in empty stalls is prohibited, even with an unused hangtag.
  • Tailgating equipment, such as chairs, tables, propane/ natural gas grills and other items, cannot extend beyond the painted fire lanes for vehicles or sidewalks.
  • Excessive or underage consumption of alcohol will not be tolerated.
  • Tailgating will NOT be permitted on the Great Lawn or other grass areas on stadium grounds.
  • Please remove all trash from your site and take with you or place in appropriate receptacles.
  • Please put trash in receptacles, recycle, and be kind to our parking lots and common areas.
  • Tailgating ends when the event begins.
  • Tailgating is NOT permitted after the event.
  • Parking lots close one (1) hour after the conclusion of the event.
Tailgating Prohibited Items
  • No charcoal grills and oil fryers
  • No 10 x 10 tents that extend beyond the confines of individual parking stalls
  • No glass containers
  • No private catering companies
  • No sale of food or beverage items to other fans
  • No golf carts, segways, skateboards, bicycles, scooters, and other non-licensed motorized vehicles
  • No electric generators above 6500W
  • No advertising of goods or services
  • No hanging commercial signage on vehicles, tents or by any other means
  • No portable public address systems, portable radios and sound systems inside vehicles used at excessive volume levels or playing music not suitable for a public setting as determined by parking staff
Prohibited Items
  • The Clear Bag policy will be in effect. Bags of any kind, except  one (1) gallon sized clear freezer bags, authorized clear bags measuring 12" x 12" x 6”, and women's clutches not to exceed 4.5” x 6.5”, will NOT be allowed inside the stadium. Stadium will NOT be responsible for storing any bags or personal items. Unapproved bags should be left in your vehicle.
  • Alcohol
  • Animals (except for service animals)
  • Balloons (helium)
  • Banners (larger than 3’ x 2’) or signs with advertising
  • Beverages other than 1 factory sealed, non-frozen, 500ml (16.9 fl oz) bottle of water
  • Bicycles, skateboards, segways, wheelies or roller blades
  • Cameras with professional photo lenses (larger than 8"), tripods or monopods, and "selfie" sticks
  • Clothing deemed obscene or indecent
  • Confetti, glitter or streamers
  • Containers: Water bottles (metal, glad or other materials) or canteens
  • Coolers of any kind
  • Drones of any kind
  • Fireworks or sparklers
  • Food (except for children under the age of 2 or those with a medical condition)
  • Illegal drugs
  • Musical Instruments (drums, etc.)
  • Noisemakers
  • Smokeless Cigarettes
  • Vuvuzelas
  • Weapons - Including but not limited to firearms & knives
  • Any item deemed inappropriate or hazardous by stadium security.
  • Stadium management reserves the right to deem any other item inappropriate. No prohibited items will be accepted at the stadium gates for safekeeping. Please leave all prohibited items secured in your vehicle.
