Visitor Policies

 

Non-Cardinals Game Policies

Cameras with professional lenses (nothing larger than 8") and any type of recording equipment is prohibited inside the stadium. In addition, tripods, monopods, "selfie" sticks, laptops, and tablets are not allowed. Please check the events section for more information about individual events.

Prohibited Items

Attendees are reminded that the items listed below will not be permitted inside University of Phoenix Stadium. There are no provisions available at the stadium to store or safeguard any prohibited items. Guests will be asked to return prohibited items to their cars. Items may also not be held by stadium staff members or left unattended on stadium grounds.

  • Alcohol
  • Animals (except for service animals)
  • Balloons (helium)
  • Banners or signs 
  • Beverages other than 1 factory sealed, non-frozen, 500ml (16.9 fl oz) bottle of water
  • Bicycles, skateboards, Segways, wheelies or roller blades
  • Cameras with professional photo lenses (larger than 8"), tripods or monopods, and "selfie" sticks
  • Clothing deemed obscene or indecent
  • Confetti, glitter or streamers
  • Containers: Water bottles (metal, glad or other materials) or canteens
  • Coolers of any kind
  • Drones of any kind
  • Fireworks or sparklers
  • Food (except for children under the age of 2 or those with a medical condition)
  • Illegal drugs
  • Laser Pointers
  • Laptops/Tablets
  • Musical Instruments (drums, etc.)
  • Noisemakers
  • Smokeless Cigarettes
  • Vuvuzelas
  • Weapons - Including but not limited to firearms & knives
Any item deemed inappropriate or hazardous by stadium security. Stadium management reserves the right to deem any other item inappropriate. No prohibited items will be accepted at the stadium gates for safekeeping. Please leave all prohibited items secured in your vehicle. 

Camera and Video Recording Equipment

Policies related to non-football events such as trade/consumer shows, concerts, and other sporting events vary.Please check the events section for more information about individual events.

Drones

Drones are not permitted inside the stadium or on the stadium grounds (Sportsmans Park, carparks, plaza area). Individuals operating drones on stadium property may be subjet to arrest and prosecution. 

Lost and Found

If you feel you may have lost an item while attending an event at the stadium. The staff at SMG will do everything they can to find it. The lost and found items are turned into the security department for holding until the item is claimed or until 30 days have passd. After 30 days the items get donated to charity. If you think you lost an item please email us with a detailed description of that item. The more details you give us the better we can serve you! Please don't forget to leave us your name, the best phone number to reach you and an e-mail address. We will call you if we find an item matching the description you left us.
