"Our goal at University of Phoenix Stadium is to provide an unparalleled level of customer service to our guests. University of Phoenix Stadium was designed to be one of the premier event venues in the country. Our staff aims to match that expectation and standard. We take the time and put forth the effort to welcome our visitors on a personal and friendly note, and ask them, 'How Are You Doing?'"
Spectras Peter C. Sullivan, University of Phoenix Stadium General Manager/Regional Vice President.
Our catch phrase encourages all of our employees to engage in conversation with customers to not only assist them and make their experience more enjoyable, but for the company to gauge it performance. We truly believe in providing the best experience possible for the fan coming to the event as well as the promoter who produces it. Our "How Are YOU Doing?" program has proven to be a valuable part of our success in managing facilities.
Our approach begins with a simple question, 'How Are YOU Doing?' but it's more than that. It's going above and beyond and treating our customers the way they want to be treated. It's all about giving our customers the ultimate sports and entertainment experience. It's also a way of measuring how we are performing as a company."
-Comcast-Spectacor President and Global Spectrum Chairman Peter Luukko
Our customer service philosophy encourages all of our employees to engage in conversation with our customers to not only assist you and make your experience more enjoyable, but for the company to gauge our performance.
