Through continuing education programs, employees at the University of Phoenix Stadium recently became Certified Tourism Ambassadors, through the newly developed nationwide designation in the hospitality industry.
The CTA program is designed to enhance each visitors experience to the Valley by providing extensive information about the valleys newest attractions and latest developments.
In order to obtain this certification, each trainee must complete required reading and pre-class exercises, show active participation in classroom exercises, and pass an exam at the end of the session. The CTA is an annual certification.
