General tickets can be purchased at all Phoenix area Ticketmaster outlets (including Fry’s Marketplace) and the University of Phoenix Stadium box office (open Monday – Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Saturday, 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.), charge-by-phone at 1-800-745-3000, and online at www.ticketmaster.com. Applicable convenience fees will be added to tickets purchased through Ticketmaster.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR GUESTS ATTENDING THE SHOW
All guests with floor seat tickets (Sections A-W)
should enter at Gate 2. In addition, guests can access floor seats via stairs located on the main concourse level

Tickets on mobile devices
Tickets on mobile devices/smart phones will not be accepted. Please print tickets at home and bring to stadium for entrance
Exterior Parent Waiting Area
A designated area to wait for concert attendees will be located near the stadium’s main box office (south of Gate 2). No entrance into the stadium will be allowed without a ticket. Not live feed of the concert will be available in this area.
ADA parking is available in all stadium parking lots. All parking is on a first come, first serve, basis.
A limited amount of wheelchair escorts are available from Guest Services Booths located inside the stadium. Wheelchair escorts are for the interior of the stadium only. Escorts are not available in the parking lot areas.
Guests are encouraged to bring their own wheelchairs, walkers, canes and crutches into the stadium (no storage available).
The University of Phoenix Stadium is not
equipped with free wifi service. Please be aware that with the large number of patrons at the Stadium, cell phone service could be limited.
The stadium roof will be closed for this event and air conditioning will be on.
Plan for the heat
Temperatures for the concert will be around 100 degrees. Dress appropriately and be sure to drink plenty of water, avoid direct sunlight and limit your time outside. Guests are allowed to bring in one (1) factory-sealed, non-frozen, 16oz bottle of water into the stadium. This does not
include juice waters.
Be advised that all guests attending the One Direction concert will be subject to a security screening. Fans are encouraged to give themselves enough time to pass through security.
Prohibited Item List
The following are not permitted inside the stadium:
Aerosol Cans, Alcohol, Animals (except for service animals), Bags larger than 12” x 12” x 12”, Beverages other than one (1) factory-sealed, non-frozen, 16oz bottle of water, Beverage containers – bottles, cans and thermos bottles, brooms, clothing deemed obscene or indecent, Coolers of any kind, Fireworks, Folding Chairs, Food (except for children under the age of 2 years old), Football, soccer balls or beach balls, Illegal drugs, Laptop computers, Mono/Tripods, Umbrellas, Video Cameras, Weapons – including, but not limited to firearms and knives and Any item deemed inappropriate or hazardous by stadium security.
Posters are allowed in the stadium but must be SMALLER than 3’ x 2’. May not be on sticks of poles or contain any inappropriate content. All posters are subject to be checked before entry.
No professional quality cameras (anything larger than 3 inches or with removable lenses) video/DVD cameras, audio recording equipment, iPads/tablets, “go-pro” cameras, etc.
Traffic is expected to be heavy the night of the event. Please allow extra travel time.
