BOOKING GUIDELINES

Facility Rent
Facility rental charges will vary based on the type of event and the structure of the agreement. The following items will be addressed in the promoter information package and or license agreement:

• Box Office Services
• Deposits
• References
• Insurance
• Artist Contracts
• Building Contracts
• Merchandise
• Staffing

Booking Procedures
Global Spectrum operates University of Phoenix Stadium on behalf of the Arizona Sports & Tourism Authority (AZSTA). All contracts regarding use of these facilities are made with Global Spectrum.

Contract Execution
All dates are considered to be tentative until a contract has been fully executed and returned. An original copy of the contract will be sent to the licensee, which must be signed and returned with the deposit and insurance certificate within a timely manner. The contract will then be signed by Global Spectrum and a fully executed original contract will be forwarded to the licensee.

Exclusive Providers
Global Spectrum has exclusive agreements for catering, electrical and telecommunications. Please see the "In-House Services" tab for more information. In addition, we have established relationships with providers in audio-visual services, decorators, hotel accomodations, entertainers, etc. Please see the "Preferred Providers" tab for more information.

Event Management
After the Licensee has signed the Licensee Agreement the event is given to an event manager who handles all the operational logistics from move-in to move-out.

Event Marketing
Global Spectrum offers a full-service, in-house marketing and advertising department that can assist with your promotional needs. Services offered include media placement, public relations, sponsorship procurement and more.

Insurance Requirements
Licensee shall secure in advance, prior to commencement of the Term, all licenses, permits and approvals that may be required in connection with the use of the Premises for the Event, including, without limitation, those required by ordinances, rules and/or regulations of governmental authorities. Licensee shall do all other acts necessary to comply with all laws and requirements of all public authorities and all rules and regulations of Licensor in connection with the presentation of the Event. Certificates evidencing insurance required pursuant to the contract agreement shall be provided to Licensor not less than thirty (30) days prior to commencement of the Term. The policies shall also provide, and the certificate shall so note, that the coverages may not be canceled or that a major change in coverage may not be implemented without at least thirty (30) days' prior written notice given to Licensor. Global Spectrum can assist with purchasing event insurance if needed. Please contact your Sales Manager.

Parking
University of Phoenix Stadium has 14,000 parking spaces on-site.

Settlement
At the conclusion of the event, the licensee will be responsible for settling outstanding facility expenses. At settlement, the licensee will be presented with available documented facility expenses including, but not limited to: rent balance, event staffing, ticketing expenses, user fees, taxes (if applicable) and catering expenses (if applicable). If, at the sole discretion of University of Phoenix Stadium, ticket sale proceeds are not sufficient to cover facility expenses, the licensee may be required to make additional deposits prior to the event. If such deposits are not made within a designated time frame, the event may be canceled, resulting in the licensee's deposit being forfeited.
