Executive Chef Sean Kavanaugh Bio
2007 has been a spectacular year for Sean Kavanaugh and his culinary team.  In March, Sean was the recipient of the 'Culinary Excellence' award at the Centerplate National Meeting.  This recognition was presented to him in light of his innovative and imaginative approach to menu development and presentation.The Arizona Chapter of ISES (International Special Events Society) presented Sean with an award in April for the Best On-Premises Caterer.  This too was due to his creativity and skill during the opening of University of Phoenix Stadium in 2006. 

Sean has a passion for creating memorable food and delivering superior service; his attention to detail has made him invaluable during our opening year.  An important addition to his team this year is Ahmdi Roxas, the Sous Chef.  Ahmdi has a wealth of experience and brings great expertise to the team. 

The menus that Sean creates are  innovative, delectable and imaginative; he is a true artist.  Additionally, his expertise in all areas of food management, food handling and food safety techniques adds considerable value to his award winning menus.
