Northwest Valley Adventure Boot Camp Reenlists at University of Phoenix Stadium

Boot camp fitness class marches attendees into shape starting January 12th at the state-of-the-art facility

(Glendale, Ariz. – January 6, 2009) Global Spectrum announced today that they have once again partnered with Northwest Valley Adventure Boot Camp to produce a four-week fitness camp beginning Thursday, January 12th from 6:00 p.m. -to- 7:00 p.m.   The fitness boot camp runs from January 12th-February 4th every Monday and Wednesday from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m.  For more information or to register visit www.northwestvalleybootcamp.com

“Everyone is looking to get in shape after the New Year and we are happy to get them started in a fun and interactive way,” said Lisa Olona, Director of Northwest Valley Adventure Boot Camp.  “There is an air of excitement in the stadium after the recent football games and it provides a great change of pace for our attendees. The atmosphere motivates our campers and the stadium’s design is worked into our routines.  Participants run the many stairs throughout the facility and our obstacle course lays out perfectly in the space afforded by this great facility.”

Adventure Boot Camp is a co-ed program that offers fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training packed with fun and energizing activities.  Exercises include: core conditioning, short distance running (less than one mile), muscular strength, jumping rope, circuit training, hiking, sport yoga, fitness kick boxing, pilates, sport drills, obstacle courses, and more.
