Stadium Receives IAVM Venue Excellence Award For 2012

International award recognizes excellence in the management and operation of public assembly venues
(Glendale, Ariz. – July 31, 2012) Global Spectrum, managers of University of Phoenix Stadium, announced today that the stadium and its staff have been awarded the prestigious IAVM Venue Excellence Award for 2012. The Venue Excellence Award was created to annually recognize each of the four IAVM venue types (convention centers, stadiums, arenas and performing arts centers) which demonstrate excellence in management of public assembly venues and service to their respective communities. As part of the selection process, applicants were required to submit written documentation regarding the ways in which their venue excels in four criteria essential to the successful operation of public facilities. As the recipient of the award, The University of Phoenix Stadium demonstrated how it satisfies each of the above mentioned criteria and delivers a positive customer and client experience at the facility.
