Guests are invited for a private "behind the scenes" tour of the areas rarely seen by the public and some of the unique operational features of the only stadium in North America with a roll-out natural grass field and retractable roof.
Public tours of University of Phoenix Stadium are professionally guided by our knowledgable and friendly tour guides. The 75 minute experience involves approximately 1 mile of walking throughout the facility along with a video presentation about the stadium’s construction. The entire tour route is fully ADA accessible. No wheelchairs/strollers are available to rent, but you may bring your own.

It is suggested that tour tickets be purchased in advance at the stadium ticket office or online through TicketMaster. All public tours are subject to sell out. Tickets purchased through Ticketmaster are subject to convenience charges.
Tour tickets go on sale 30-60 days in advance. The University of Phoenix Stadium Ticket Office hours are: M-F 10: 00 am - 6:00 pm, Sat. 10:00 am-2:30 pm. Tickets may also be purchased on the day of the tour and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please note: Tour ticket sales through Ticketmaster.com cease four hours prior to the tour time.This is not an indication that tour tickets are sold out.You may choose the will call option when ordering through Ticketmaster. This is a cost savings and allows tickets to be picked up at the stadium ticket office with a valid ID.

Parking is FREE. Tour guests should park in the Visitor Parking Lot located near the corner of Maryland and 95th Avenues. Tours leave from Gate #2 (west of the stadium ticket office near the LARGE RED 2)
