At the request of the tour, the following items are prohibited:
Metal detector screening and a search of all bags and other items being carried in will take place at stadium gates. There are no provisions available at the stadium to store or safeguard any prohibited bags. Guests will be asked to return prohibited items to their cars.


The Clear Bag Policy which strictly limits the size and type of bags permitted will be enforced for the concert. Fans are strongly encouraged to not bring any bags or purses, however the following will permitted:
  • One bag of clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC no larger than 12” by x 6” x 12” - OR - a one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar).
  • A small clutch bag or purse 4.5" x 6.5" with or without a handle or strap, subject to search.

All tickets for the show are digital only. Tickets are only accessible via your mobile device. You will not be able to print a paper ticket or receive an email with a ticket. Upon arrival at the stadium, locate your tickets in your Ticketmaster app or the mobile Ticketmaster website. Download the Ticketmaster app by clicking here. Show your ticket to the ticket scanner, your barcode will be scanned to permit entry into the stadium.

Ticket barcodes can be found in in the Ticketmaster app or website under My Account. We recommend downloading ticket(s) to your phone's digital wallet prior to the event. If you purchased tickets for friends or family, transfer tickets to them so each person scans a ticket at the door. Tickets will be available for purchase at the stadium ticket office on the night of the event. Prior to event day, tickets are available on All fans, regardless of age, require a ticket to enter the stadium.


Fans with field tickets should enter the stadium at Gate 2, which faces the Renaissance Hotel. Upon entering the stadium, ticket holders will be issued a wristband, which along with your ticket will be required to access field seating. All fans should be familiar with the Mobile Entry requirements prior to arriving at the stadium.


With more than 55,000 fans and standard rush hour traffic, heavy volume on all roadways and the likelihood of delays should be anticipated and planned for. Please plan for extra transit time driving to the stadium and to utilize alternative routes other than Loop 101 to access the stadium when possible. Please take the following steps to decrease parking time:
  • Please plan to arrive at the stadium no later than 5pm.
  • Parking is $20 per vehicle. cash or charge. Please have payment ready upon lots.

Bethany home road closure

Fans attending the concert are advised that Bethany Home Road near the stadium, between 91st Ave & 95th Ave, is closed due to ongoing roadway construction. Through traffic may use Camelback Road or Maryland Ave as an alternate route.


Bethany Home Road between 91st and 95th Avenue will be closed resulting in high traffic surrounding the Bethany Home Road exit off of Loop 101. The below routes are recommended:
  • From I-10: Exit 91st Ave then North on 91st to Green Lot
  • From the North: Exit Glendale Avenue then East to 93rd Ave to Lots K, or G - OR - Exit Northern Avenue then East to 91st Ave and then South to Maryland Ave to Gray Lot
  • From the South: Exit Camelback Road then East to 91st Ave and then North on 91st Ave to Green Lot

  • We strongly recommend not using apps such as Waze, Google Maps, or Apple Maps to get to the venue. Apps do not take into account special road closures, traffic patterns and routes. They will result in a longer drive to the stadium.

  • Bethany Home Rd. between 91st Ave and 95th Ave is closed due to construction

  • Maryland Ave between 93rd Ave and 95th Ave is closed
  • Do not park in undesignated areas or on residential streets. Neighborhood street access is restricted to local traffic only
