Cardinals Game Day
The Arizona Cardinals and University of Phoenix Stadium are committed to delivering the best possible game day experience for all fans.
Ticketmaster is the exclusive ticket seller for Arizona Cardinals games. Tickets can be purchased online at Ticketmaster.com or charge-by-phone at 1-800-745-3000. Tickets can also be purchased at the University of Phoenix Stadium Ticket Office (M-F, 10a-6p, Sat. 10a-2:30p).
Will Call Information
Will Call windows are located at the Univeristy of Phoenix Stadium Ticket Office. The Ticket Office opens three (3) hours prior to kickoff for Cardinals games and closes at halftime. Will Call tickets only can be claimed by the indiviudal whose name appears on the will call ticket envelope. State or government picture ID is required.

On Cardinals game days, parking in Sportsman’s Park is available both ticket holders with pre-sold permits and single event parking. Sportsman’s Park carparks open four (4) hours prior to kickoff for both vehicles and guests.
Fans with pre-purchased permits should follow the ingress route located on the back of the pass. Single event parking is available only in the Black and Yellow Carparks and can be purchased at the entrance to the carpark with cash or credit card. Black and Yellow Carparks are available on a first come, first serve basis as limited parking spaces are available.
All Sportsman's Park carparks have signed ADA parking spots. A valid state-issued hangtag or license plate is required to park in a signed ADA spot.
Ride Share Drop-Off / Pickup Zone
Black Carpark is the designated location for ride share drop-off and pickup for all Cardinals games.
Pre-game tailgating is allowed in Sportsman’s Park carparks. Carparks open four (4) hours prior to kickoff. Respect fellow fans by only occupying one parking stall. Tailgating should take place directly behind a vehicle or in adjacent landscape areas only. Do not block other stalls, walkways or any aisle ways with tents, trailers, chairs, coolers or barbeques. Saving parking spaces is not allowed at any time. Fans who want to tailgate together must arrive together. Tailgating activities are allowed from when carparks open until kickoff only. Sportsman’s Park carparks close one (1) hour after the game.
All fans will be subject to security screening prior to entry into University of Phoenix Stadium. Metal detectors will be used to screen fans and a search of all items will take place at Access Control Points. Fans electing not to consent to the metal detector screening or physical pat-down, along with bag search, will be denied entry into the stadium.
Security checkpoints are busiest during the 30 minutes leading up to kickoff. Fans are encouraged to enter early.
Clear Bag Policy
University of Phoenix Stadium & NFL Clear Bag Policy that strictly limits the size and type of bags permitted into the stadium will be enforced for all Arizona Cardinals games. Fans are strongly encouraged to not bring any bags or purses if possible. The following will be permitted:
Each fan may carry one bag of clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC no larger than 12" x 6" x 12" -OR- a one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc or similar).
Fans may also carry a small clutch or wallet 4.5" x 6.5" with or without a handle or strap, subject to search.

The following items are not be permitted inside University of Phoenix Stadium. There are no provisions to store items not allowed through security and items cannot be held by security staff members.
- Aerosol Cans
- Animals (except for service animals)
- Non-approved bags in accordance with the NFL Clear Bag Policy

- Beverages other than one (1) factory-sealed, non-frozen 500mL (16.9 fl. Oz.) plain bottle of water (sport drinks and flavored water not permitted)

- Clothing deemed obscene or indecent
- Coolers of any kind
- Folding chairs
- Food (except for children under the age of two)
- Footballs and beach balls (inflated or deflated)

- Laptop computers
- Laser pointers
- Noise makers (whistles, horns, bells, etc.)
- Poles or sticks of any kind, including “Selfie-Sticks”
- Umbrellas larger than 12 inches in length
- Video cameras & Go Pros
- Weapons – including, but not limited to, firearms & knives
- Any item deemed inappropriate or hazardous by stadium security
Key Gameday Times
- 4 hours prior to kickoff: Sportsman’s Park carparks open for vehicles and fans
- 3.15 hours prior to kickoff: Gila River Casinos Club West and East entrances open for Club and Loft ticket holders
- 90 minutes prior to kickoff: Public entrances, Gates 1, 2 and 3 open for all ticket holders
Bud Light Primetime Grill
The Bud Light Primetime Grill provides fans with 75 feet of tailgating entertainment at every home game. Surrounded by plenty of seating, fans can enjoy delicious food and catch the early NFL games on any of the large flat screen TVs.
Cardinals Flight Deck
Located on the north exterior plaza of University of Phoenix Stadium, the Flight Deck presented by Verizon opens 3.25 hours prior to each home game. Anchored by Plaza Lounges, each shade structure provides seating, cooling towers and an oversized LED video wall for watching early NFL games. Food and beverage options are available for purchase. Fans may bring food & beverage purchased on Flight Deck into the stadium.
Great Lawn Stage
Fans can stop by the Great Lawn at each home game during the regular season and check out various local bands. Bands perform beginning 3 hours before kickoff.
Join the Arizona Cardinals in the Game Zone prior to regular season home games in 2018. The Game Zone is located in the south end zone area inside University of Phoenix Stadium, starting 3 hours and 15 minutes prior to kickoff. It is home to the Arizona Cardinals pregame radio shows, Arizona Cardinals NFL Kickoff Show and Arizona Cardinals Pregame Huddle. Fans can also enjoy early games broadcasted via NFL Sunday Ticket, Cardinals Cheerleader appearances, interactive games, and a great backyard BBQ menu!
Tickets for this pregame event are $75.00 per person and space is limited. Click here to purchase Game Zone tickets. Food and nonalcoholic beverages are included along with two drinks (beer or wine) in ticket price. Additional alcohol will be available for purchase. Guests attending the Game Zone must also have a game ticket and will enter through Budweiser Gate 3, located at the Southeast corner of University of Phoenix Stadium.
Big Red Brew Haus
Open 3 hours prior to kickoff, your game ticket is your entry into our Big Red Brew Haus themed experience. The Big Red Brew Haus features great food, an assortment of beers for purchase, wooden farm style picnic table seating, and great flat screens, all in the air conditioned comfort of University of Phoenix Stadium!
Food & Beverage
University of Phoenix Stadium offers an vareity of game day favorites and local cuisine. For fans interested in taking a go at the Gridiron Burger Challenge or for the fan looking for Gluten Free fare, there is something to please everyone!
All major credit cards are accepted, including at most portable locations.
The Arizona Cardinals and University of Phoenix Stadium strongly encourage all guests to exercise responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages. Fans should be aware of the following alcohol policies during Cardinals games.
- Any fan that shows signs of impairment and/or intoxication will not be allowed to enter or will be removed from University of Phoenix Stadium and subject to arrest.
- No alcoholic beverages can be brought inside the stadium. Any attempt to bring alcohol inside the stadium or possession of an alcoholic beverage not purchased from the stadium's concessionaire may result in ejection.
- State of Arizona law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 21 years of age. All fans should be prepared to show proper identification if requested by the concessionaire staff member.
- Concessionaire staff members reserve the right to deny service to fans that show signs of impairment and/or intoxication.
- Fans providing alcoholic beverages to persons less than 21 years of age will be ejected from the stadium and subject to arrest.
- Fans possessing alcohol that do not have proper identification when requested by a concessionaire or security staff member may be ejected.
- A maximum of two alcoholic beverages or 40 ounces of beer will be sold per person per transaction.
- Alcohol sales in the general seating areas of University of Phoenix Stadium will stop at the conclusion of the third quarter.
- Alcoholic beverages are prohibited in the Family Sections (Alcohol- Free seating areas at Sections 114, 424 & 432).
- Stadium management reserves the right to change these policies and procedures at any time and without prior notice to fans.
Designated Driver Program
The Arizona Cardinals & University of Phoenix Stadium, Bud Light, Coca-Cola, Craft Culinary Concepts, Arizona Department of Highway Safety and Hensley have teamed up to implement the Good Sport Designated Driver Program. In making the commitment to serve as a designated driver, fans 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license will receive a coupon for one soft drink or nonalcoholic beer. Designated drivers also have the opportunity to win prizes each game and are eligible for a grand prize which will be presented on field at the final regular season home game. Sign up for the program pre-game on the Great Lawn or at the 100 and 400 Level Guest Services Offices and Club Level concierge locations.
Code of Conduct
The Arizona Cardinals Code of Conduct was developed so that all guests attending games can do so in a safe and enjoyable environment. Ticket holders who violate the Code of Conduct provisions will face ejection from the stadium along with possible arrest.
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, University of Phoenix Stadium provides a safe and enjoyable event experience for all fans.

All Sportsman's Park carparks and most other game day parking lots have signed ADA parking spots. On Cardinals game days vehicles must have a valid Cardinals parking hangtag to enter Sportsman’s Park or offsite gameday parking areas. A valid state-issued hangtag or license plate is required to park in a signed ADA spot. Please contact the Arizona Cardinals Ticket Office at 602-379-0102 for more information on ADA parking on game days.
ADA seating is located on all three concourses at University of Phoenix Stadium, including all Lofts and Field Boxes. All levels can be accessed by elevators located near the five stadium entrance locations. One power outlet is available at each ADA seating platform for use by fans with electric wheelchairs and other necessary equipment. Contact a Guest Services Representative for any needed assistance.
A courtesy cart service is available to mobility impaired fans from ADA parking areas to the Access Control Points. These carts are limited to mobility impaired fans and one companion. The carts will only take fans to the closest entrance. There is no cart service available inside University of Phoenix Stadium. The cart service will be available two hours prior to the game and until one-hour post game. Fans should wait at the large red numbers and letters (1,2,3 and E & W) outside of the gates for carts to meet them when exiting.
The University of Phoenix Stadium is in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act in providing open captioning service for the stadium public address system. Open captioning is displayed below the stadium’s north and south video boards. In addition, open captioning is available via smartphones which are available free of charge at the Gate 1 Guest Services office (across from Section 104). The University of Phoenix Stadium is pleased to provide wheelchair assistance for mobility impaired guests. Wheelchair assistance is available to guests upon entry into the stadium and is scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Requests for wheelchair assistance can be made by asking a stadium staff member or by visiting a Guest Services Office located near Sections 104, 123, 417 and 448.
The stadium will provide wheelchairs and a staff member to escort guests to their seats, but it is requested that mobility impaired patrons be accompanied by another adult in their party. Upon arrival at the seating location, guests are required to surrender wheelchairs to stadium staff. Stadium provided wheelchairs may not be used as temporary seating for events. To make arrangements for post-event wheelchair assistance, guests are asked to fill out a wheelchair escort request form stating their desired pick-up time and location. Wheelchair escort request forms are available at all stadium Guest Services Offices. When exiting the stadium, guests will be brought to the exterior glass doors on the stadium's main concourse level. All requests for wheelchair escorts are accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis. A short wait time may be required.

At every Cardinals home game a 50/50 raffle is held to raise funds for Cardinals Charities and a local beneficiary.
Complimentary WiFi access is provided throughout the stadium on Cardinals gamedays. To access, turn on the WIFI on a wireless device and connect to STADIUM WIFI, no password is required.
University of Phoenix Stadium has four First Aid locations available to assist fans. The First Aid offices are located along the Main Concourse at Sections 122 & 136 and Terrace Concourse at Sections 416 & 448.
Guest Services Offices
Guest Services Offices are located along the Main Concourse at Sections 104 & 123 and Terrace Concourse at Sections 417 & 448. Fans may obtain information or assistance at any Guest Service Office at the stadium.
The Cardinals Team Shop at University of Phoenix Stadium is located on the Main Concourse across from Section 132 near Gate 2. The Team Shop is open year round, with daily/non-event hours Monday through Saturday from 10 AM.- 6 PM. On gamedays, the Team Store is open starting at 9 AM with access permitted by ticketed guests once stadium gates open.
There are a total of 12 family restrooms located throughout the stadium. All family restrooms are outfitted with baby-changing tables and are ADA compliant. Family restrooms are located on the Main Concourse near Sections 102, 114, 124 & 136, Club Concourse at Sections 204, 219, 230 & 247 and Terrace Concourse at Sections 404, 421, 435 & 454.
Family Sections (Alcohol Free)
Sections 114, 424 and 432 are designated as Family Sections. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in these sections during Cardinals games
Official Arizona Cardinals merchandise is available at the Team Shop, next to Gate 2, on the Main Concourse level. The Team Shop is open on gamedays for ticket holders and on non-game days for all. There are additional merchandise stands on the Main Concourse at Sections 101, 104, 111, 115, 126, 134 & 137, Club Level at Sections 217 and 232 and Terrace Concourse at Sections 408, 423 & 440.
Pay Phones / TDD Phone
University of Phoenix Stadium does not have any payphones available to fans. However, fans can request the use of a phone at any of the four Guest Services Offices. A TDD phone for hearing and speech impaired fans is located at the Guest Services Office next to Gate 1.

University of Phoenix Stadium has a NO RE-ENTRY policy. Ticketed guests who leave the building are NOT permitted to re-enter with a previously scanned ticket.
Retractable Roof Movement
The position of the roof at University of Phoenix Stadium will be determined on gameday. Guests can call the Cardinals Roof Hotline at 623-433-7663 to find out if the roof will be open or closed.
University of Phoenix Stadium is a non-smoking facility. Designated smoking areas on the Main Concourse are located at Gate 2 and outside the exit doors at sections 102 and 137. Guests on the Club, Loft, and Terrace levels can proceed to designated smoking locations on the north entry/exit ramp. Guests smoking outside the stadium must remain 20 feet away from any entry/exit doors.

Ticket Re-Sale / Scalping
The resale of event tickets, regardless of price, is prohibited at University of Phoenix Stadium and throughout Sportsman’s Park. Guests that purchase tickets from someone other than the University of Phoenix Stadium Ticket Office or Ticketmaster do so at their own risk. The University of Phoenix Stadium and Arizona Cardinals are not responsible for invalid tickets and will not provide a replacement or refund of any kind for invalid tickets purchased through a secondary ticket provider.
